"Transformative, Personal, One of a Kind Training "

This training was life changing. Shannon keeps her trainings small, so she can give you individualized training and really get to know you as a person. She creates such a beautiful, open space that made our training more like a retreat in the beautiful country of Oregon. Everyday, we grew together as a group and as individuals. There was such a sense of community and support among all the trainees and Shannon, that you can't find anywhere else. This is a place where you can enjoy the most beautiful views of Mt. Hood, take long walks in the country, enjoy family style dinners and immerse yourself fully in yoga. I gained a strong foundation for the physical practice of yoga, but it also opened a whole new world of yoga to me: morals, ethics, history, breathing, stillness. It was such a beautiful, unforgettable, and growing experience as a person and I am excited to take what I learned and apply it in my community as a yoga instructor. I would recommend this training to anyone and everyone. Thank you, Shannon and Amie - this was truly an unforgettable experience, that I will cherish forever.
