Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking and/or purchasing a yoga teacher training. When submitting email/contact form/booking/purchasing a yoga teacher training at Pure Yoga Teacher Training. you agree to the terms and conditions as stated here.

YOU UNDERSTAND & AGREE
That you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioners to be in good physical health and physically able to participate and perform in all yoga classes.

Regarding COVID-19, You voluntarily agree to accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself including, but not limited to: personal injury, disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur due to your attendance in any classes held online or in person at Pure Yoga Teacher Training. You, your heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC, or any instructor/affiliate of Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC. in all locations. By checking the booking form box you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

In the last 48 hours have you experienced: Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea? Within the last 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for a total of 15 minutes) with: Anyone who is known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19? OR Anyone who has any symptoms? By checking the booking form box you confirm NO to all of the above.

If you attend in person classes that may also be live streamed and recorded that you may be viewed by others online or seen in future recordings.

It is the responsibility of the trainee/student to notify teachers/instructors of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

Classes at Pure Yoga Teacher Training may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
​
You will follow all instructions given to you by Pure Yoga Teacher Training teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

In attending classes online or in person at Pure Yoga Teacher Training you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pure Yoga Teacher Training or its members/teachers for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Pure Yoga Teacher Training reserves the right to refuse entry.

REFUND POLICY
All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events, teacher training) and products are non refundable and non transferable.

Purchases of products may only be exchanged if they are in new and unused condition within 10 days after purchase.
​
Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or canceled for any reason.

ONLINE BOOKING
By booking into/signing up for a class you automatically agree to the terms & conditions.

All members must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.
​
Payment must be made upon booking. No trainees/students will be permitted access to a class (online/in person), workshop, event, or teacher training as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class. Unpaid classes or payments will be back-charged.

Booking/signing up for a class in person or online is required to attend and ensures your space is held. .
PERSONAL ITEMS
Pure Yoga Teacher Training is not responsible for any personal belongings or items brought to or left behind by any persons.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF ANY/ALL LIABILITY
I hereby agree to the following:
That I am participating in the yoga classes, workshops, retreats, or teacher trainings offered by Pure Yoga Teacher Training L.L.C. in any/all of its locations including 4742 Obrist Rd. The Dalles, OR. during which I will receive information and instruction. I recognize that yoga requires physical activity, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the services offered by Pure Yoga Teacher Training L.L.C. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions which would prevent my full participation in any yoga classes, workshops, retreats, or teacher trainings. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any classes, workshops, retreats, or teacher trainings, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participation in any classes, workshops, retreats, or teacher trainings. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Pure Yoga Teacher Training L.L.C. in any/all of its locations including 4742 Obrist Rd. The Dalles OR. or injury that I may sustain as a result of my participation in any of the above services offered. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Shannon Red Cloud, or any/all other Pure Yoga Teacher Training instructors/independent contractors and Pure Yoga Teacher Training L.L.C. in any/all of its locations including 4742 Obrist Rd. The Dalles OR. For any injury or death caused by negligence or any other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, independent contractors, teachers, volunteers, and class participants and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC or participation in any/all classes. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC, its independent contractors, teachers, agents, and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC, its independent contractors, teachers, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Pure Yoga Teacher Training LLC class, workshop, gathering, and teacher training.
